The winery
One of the oldest brick factories in Friuli Venezia Giulia, dating back to 1890, is now home to the innovative Bidoli winery.
An archaeological conservation project with a bio-building focus, the winery today houses state-of-the-art eco-compatible installations.
A phyto-purification system for water, a barrier of trees to absorb excess CO2 and an oil-water separator plant ensure maximum respect for the environment.
The winery holds multiple certifications and is equipped with the most advanced technologies for the controlled low-temperature fermentation and bottling of still and sparkling wines.
With capacity for approximately 20,000 quintals of grapes, the Bidoli winery also features an area for tasting and retail sales.
